Go Rafa!!! Vamos!!! Felicidades!!!

Rafael Nadal finally won Wimbledon which was three years in the making. It was a great match and I believe they are replaying it right now on ESPN classic. Check it out. I actually thought he might lose because he squandered match points and then there was another rain delay which was frustrating. I actually went somewhere and missed the rest of the fifth set after the rain delay which sucks. I thought Nadal was losing faith but he found the mental strength to get through the fifth set and took away the title from Federer who did not look too disappointed to be beaten by Rafa. I guess he thought he was beaten down and the better man won. The whole humble thing is great between the two players but they need to spice it up a little and talk some trash like the days of Muhammed Ali- The Greatest. Those were the days...when athletes such as Ali would speak his mind regardless of the consequences. It is so unfortunate that they have the platform to do so but refuse to speak things that truly matter to them and not what others want them to sponsor. More athletes need to become more proactive socially if not politically.
